Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified by deb&bill. deb&bill works
with various carriers to provide prompt and cost-effective shipping options. Please provide a street address for shipping purchases – we cannot ship to PO boxes. Products should ship within 3-5 days unless stated otherwise.

All returns must be unused and in original packaging. 

If an order is cancelled within 5 business days of placement and the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed (excluding special orders).  After 5 business days, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

For damaged items, the customer has two options: 1) a replacement product(s) shipped asap; or 2) a refund processed once items are received and evaluated.
