These terms and conditions are binding upon order placement.  Whether accessing the website or participating in a wholesale show, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions as outlined below.  We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.  This right may be exercised on a case-by-case basis.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us.  If necessary, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Designs in the deb&bill line are derived from a wholly owned, original art collection. All designs are trademark protected.  Linens and napkin rings are manufactured in India; made from the highest quality materials available.  Jewelry is manufactured and hand finished by artisans in Columbia.  For the website, very effort has been made to ensure quality images, however, deb&bill does not guarantee that your computer display of any color or design will be accurate.

 

WHOLESALE OPENING ORDER

Minimum opening order:  $1000.

 

WHOLESALE PAYMENT TERMS

Prepayment via credit card, PayPal, or money order. 

(Note:  Orders paid by money order will be subject to delay based on receipt of money order.  Payment should be made payable and sent to BurbenzLLC, P. O. Box 607, Winston, GA  30187.)

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise specified by deb&bill.  deb&bill works with various carriers to provide prompt and cost-effective shipping options.  Please provide a street address for shipping purchases. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Wholesale customers will receive an order confirmation and receipt upon account/order acceptance.  deb&bill strives to process all wholesale orders and ship within 7-10 days of receipt unless otherwise noted on invoice.  Buyers will be promptly notified of any change or interruption in this schedule.

 

At this time, deb&bill processes US domestic orders only with US domestic shipping addresses.  

 

CANCELLATION TERMS

If an order is canceled within 5 business days of placement and the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.  After 5 business days, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and expense.

 

Custom or special orders may not be canceled or returned.

 

CONSUMER RESALE

Buyer acknowledges that all products secured from deb&bill are for the sole purpose of consumer resale – no exceptions.  Buyer is not authorized to engage in wholesale distribution unless otherwise agreed upon via prior written consent from deb&bill.

 

Sales to off-price retailers is strictly prohibited.  The only permissible online channel is thru a retailer’s wholly-owned and operated, stand-alone website.

 

PRICING

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.  All prices, availability, and delivery rates are subject to change.  deb&bill reserves the right to alter prices, descriptions, images, and availability at any time.  deb&bill reserves the right to restrict quantities.

 

COMPLIANCE

By submitting an application and/or placing orders, buyer acknowledges and accepts all the Terms & Conditions outlined herein and further acknowledges and accepts that failure to adhere to or violation of any conditions can result in immediate suspension and/or termination of their deb&bill wholesale account.

 

USE OF IMAGES
